Burners for combustion of low-heating fuel HKP type

The burner type HKP is a gas burner with forced combustion air intake, designed for combustion of low-heating mixed gas with calorific power ca 8,000 kJ/Nm3. The burner is equipped with a stabilization gas burner type SHI-B30E which is operated with natural gas. The burner operation is controlled either by automatic HKP WU 6022 device or it can be controlled manually.

The burner consists of an air box, a gas burner, a stabilization gas injector burner SHI-B30E which is equipped with a lighting electrode serving as a monitoring electrode at the same time.
 The burner is equipped with a regulation device to transfer the rotation movement from the air clap controlled by the servodrive to the gas clap. A burner fitting piece is embedded into the brickwork of the combustion chamber cladding.

The burners are produced in two power levels with nominal power 0.8 and 1.6 MW.

HKP burners are special and they serve for combustion of low-calorific mixed gas with calorific power ca 8,000 kJ/Nm3.

1)    It is possible to increase the burner power depending on the parameters of the fuel used.
2)    The values are given for the temperature of combustion air 20 °C.
3)    The values are counted for 3% O2 content in waste gases, NOx values are stated as NO2.
4)    The parameters apply to low-calorific fuel (calorific power 8 MJ/Nm3), max. burner power and for burner automatic control.
