Burners, type HPN-TeRs

The burners of HPN-Te type are combined oil-gas burners with manual control, with flame stabilisation by means of gas injector stabilisation burner of SHI-B15E type and with forced or natural intake of combustion air. Burners with forced intake are equipped with external thermal insulation. Burners with natural intake are equipped with a noise suppressor.

A burner consists of an air box, air canals, the main intake gas burner, oil burner and a stabilization gas injector burner type SHI-B15E. The stabilization burners are equipped with a lighting electrode serving both as a monitoring electrode for the stabilization burner flame. It is possible to mount a burner flame monitor onto the burner body. The gaseous fuel is burned in two stages, which leads to the low contents on nitrogen oxide in combustion products during gas burning. The part of the burner is a little ceramic burner fitting piece. Burners can burn common type of combustible gases and oils. The jets of gas and oil burner are designed on the basis of particular requirements on the burner performance, with regards to the fuel type. Setting the burner allows easy disassembly of gas and oil jets. It is possible to disassemble the oil burner without interrupting operation of the main gas burner. It is possible to disassemble jets of the main gas burner without interrupting operation of the oil burner.


Combined burners

Burners are made in four performance sizes with nominal power 1.2 MW (burner HPN-TeRs1,2), 2 MW (burner HPN-TeRs2), 3.5 MW (burner HPN-TeRs3,5) and 5.8 MW (burner HPN-TeRs5,8).


Gas burners

In case the oil burner is not installed, it is a gas oil burner type HN-TeRs. Burners are made in four performance sizes with nominal power 1.2 MW (burner HN-TeRs1,2), 2 MW (burner HN-TeRs2), 3.5 MW (burner HN-TeRs3,5) and 5.8 MW (burner HN-TeRs5,8).


Oil burners

In case the gas burner is not installed, it is an oil burner of type HP-TeRs. Burners are made in four performance sizes with nominal power 1.2 MW (burner HP-TeRs1,2), 2 MW (burner HP-TeRs2), 3.5 MW (burner HP-TeRs3,5) and 5.8 MW (burner HP-TeRs5,8).

5) Fuel pressure values are stated for natural gas. This specification is informative; when using different types of fuels and other burner powers, particular values will be stated in technical specifications of the burner. When using a burner for lower fuel pressure value, it is necessary to count with lowered maximum burner power with limited regulation range.


 

Lighting the burner, checking the flame

The burners are lit with a stabilization burner. After lighting the stabilization burner, a lighting (and also a monitoring) electrode is used. Burners can be supplied with a safety set serving for lighting and monitoring of the stabilization burner, including the flame-checker.

In necessary cases, a mobile lighting gas burner type ZH1 connected to the stabilization burner gas pipes with a pressure rubber hose may be used.
